Sep 05, 2022 Maharaja Agrasen International College Samta Colony Raipur today, on 5th September
2022, organized Teacher's Day in a grand manner.
The former chairman of the college, respected Shri Ramesh Agrawal ji was especially
present at the function.
The program duly started with the worship of Goddess Saraswati and Saraswati
Vandana.
Teacher's Day is celebrated every year on 5th September on the occasion of birth
anniversary of Prof. Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan who was the first Vice President and
second President of India, a great political and philosopher, as well as remembered as a
great teacher. In India, in his memory, this day is dedicated to teachers and celebrated
with great pomp and respect.
Dr. Radhakrishnan used to say that the future of any nation lies in the lap of its classes,
that is, the student is the future nation builder. and teacher is the exhibitor and guide of
the builders of that country, that is, an important role in the building of a nation is
played by a teacher.
