Established in 2006 by the Shree Maharaja Agrasen Charitable Trust, MAIC is guided by esteemed trustees who are prominent figures in the economic and social development of the state. Their vision has been to contribute significantly to the noble cause of imparting quality education to the youth of society.

Affiliated with Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur, MAIC operates under the directives and regulations of the Department of Higher Education, Government of Chhattisgarh. Our teacher education courses adhere to the norms set by N.C.T.E., New Delhi, SCERT Raipur, Chhattisgarh, and CGBSE Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Since its inception with 96 students in 2006-2007, MAIC has grown to accommodate over 1600 students in the academic year 2021-22. The institution has earned a reputation for excellence across academics, co-curricular activities, skill development programs, and various initiatives such as Rovers & Rangers, JCI Raipur MAIC United, MAIC Band, social service activities, sports, physical education, and LEARNVILLA certification courses.
