“First Batch of MAIC's Interior Design Program graduated with 100% University Result”
Jun 22, 2024 The first batch of B.Voc. Interior Design course at Maharaja Agrasen International College, Raipur has graduated with 100% University Result. The Chairman of the college Shri Rajesh Agrawal, Principal Dr. M.S.Mishra, Department Head of B.Voc. Interior Design Ar. Preeti Sahu all have extended their sincere congratulations and conveyed words of encouragement for the graduating class of Interior Designers as well as for the exceptional result.
MAIC is the only college in Chhattisgarh which provides this three-year Bachelor of Vocation in Interior Design (B.Voc. ID) skill-based degree programme, which is affiliated to Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur with an intake of 40 seats. The curriculum is intended to help students to become a working professional and is reasonably priced. The Head of the department and teaching faculty is highly qualified professionals from the field of Architecture and Interior Design who provides students with required conventional and experiential learning. Through site visits, professional lectures, and workshops, the mentors provide a strong emphasis on the practical learning process. The B. Voc. ID Campus Presence program offers a chance to interact and network with instructors and fellow students. The projects and tasks that the students turn in are continually assessed. During the course of six semesters, students work for five semesters at a college and complete a practical training program in accordance with the curriculum in the final semester. They are evaluated by externals based on the details provided in their internship portfolio.
The graduating batch of B.Voc. ID at MAIC has successfully completed their internship tenure as required for the degree and is currently 100% recruited at the various locations across the state and country as budding Interior Designers.
