Annual College Fest MAIC Fiesta Inaugurated at Maharaja Agrasen International College
Nov 02, 2022 Maharaja Agrasen International College Samta Colony Raipur today inaugurated and commenced the annual college fest "MAIC FIESTA" from Nov 2, 2022 where various competitions are organized at planned intervals further for the students aiming their co-curricular and personality development. MAIC FIESTA is the most prominent amongst the various activities and programs conducted throughout the year at Maharaja Agrasen International College, which are eagerly awaited by all the students. There is a festive atmosphere throughout the college at this time. Various competitions are organized in different areas under MAIC FIESTA, in which all the students participate enthusiastically and give excellent performance of their skills.
The program duly started with the worship of Goddess Saraswati and Lighting of the lamp by our honorable judges for the day Ms. Manjiri Jain and Ms. Leena Wadher who were welcomed with floral bouquets by Chairman Sir. The function further proceeded with welcome speech by respected Principal Sir who quoted vision of this annual fest beautifully as "an opportunity for students to excel in co-curricular activities along with academics" and graciously welcomed our respected judges, Chairman Sir, Administrator Sir, Event Coordinators, Faculty members and students followed by a mesmerizing performance by MAIC Band. Respected Shri Rajesh Agarwal Ji, Chairman of the college also motivated the students and congratulated all the participants of different competitions. He also mentioned that "Participation in a competition is of a greater value then winning it" and” Confidence as the key to win any competition". The judges for the day were felicitated with mementos on behalf of the college by Respected Chairman Sir symbolic token of respect and love. The Inaugural ceremony ended with the commencement of various competitions lined up for the day which included Painting, Sketching and Mask Making Competition, Quiz Competition, Debate, Extempore and Flyer Making Competitions simultaneously. Many more competitions will be organized under MAIC Fiesta, in which Antakshari Cooking, Rangoli, Mehndi, Bridal and Groom, Fashion Show Campus Photography etc. are special.
The event coordinators for MAIC FIESTA are Dr. Shweta Tiwari and Ms. Ruchi Sachan. The event is successfully organized under the guidance of the Chairman of the college, respected Shri. Rajesh Agarwal, Principal sir, Dr. M S Mishra, and the Administrator, Mr. Siddharth Sabarwal.
