Lecture on "Importance of Statutory Audit" organized by Department of Commerce at MAIC

Department of Commerce at Maharaja Agrasen International College Raipur, organized lecture on "Importance of Statutory Audit" for its M. Com students on 8 April 2023. The keynote speaker for this lecture was C.A. Shubham Sanghai of Easy Legal Solution Pvt. Ltd. Students are given proper guidance from time to time by the college so that they can decide their subject and goals in future in the right way. Mr. Shubham Sanghai, while addressing the students of M. Com, addressed the topic like what is a company? Why do we need a company, what can be the basis of any company? How to know the main things and rules and laws to start a company. Detailed information was given on GST, statutory, audit, tax audit and in the future, company's base can be built and inspection of financial statement income-expenditure, company's profit. This lecture was important for the achievements of the students in their respective lives. The lecture was organised under the guidance of Head of the Commerce department Dr. Shweta Tiwari, and the senior faculties of the department Dr. SK Jain, Dr. Jagdish Sahu and other co faculties were especially present for the Lecture proceedings. The lecture was successfully organized under the guidance of the Chairman of the college, Mr. Rajesh Agarwal, Principal Dr. M S Mishra, and administrator, Mr. Siddharth Sabharwal who also motivated the students on their successful and zealous participation.
