Music as an integral part of Students’ Holistic Development. Musical Concert by Saif and Sohel as a

Maharaja Agrasen International College in collaboration with IQAC Cell MAIC organized a Student Development program on 28 October 2024, Monday which focused on the theme of Music being integral part of Student Personality Development. The Guest for the program were Brothers Saif and Sohel who are famous singers in Raipur, who performed at MAIC Auditorium along with their entire technical, orchestra and singing team. The event was successfully organized under the guidance of the Chairman of the college, Mr. Rajesh Agarwal, Principal Dr. M.S. Mishra and Administrator Ms. Shivangi Mishra. The session commenced with the floral welcome of guests Mr. Saif and Mr. Sohel, Chairman Shri Rajesh Agarwal, Principal Dr. M.S. Mishra, Special Guests Col.Raveesh Chhajed, Mr. Faasil, various JCI members including Mr. Amitabh Dubey, Ms.Rupali Dubey who were specially present for the event. This was followed by a rhythmic welcome by MAIC Music team and welcome speech by Ms. Ruchi Sachan HOD Education department and incharge SDP where she warmly welcomed the guest and urged students to carefully listen through the session to witness tremendous enjoyment. In the next segment of the event the guests Mr. Saif and Sohel began with their melodious music concert that included various zoners of music including Bollywood, Punjabi, Sufi and Patriotic Songs. The session was concluded by experience sharing by the students and faculty members who applauded the performance by the guests and shared their excitement levels during the whole concert as well as thanked Mr. Saif and Mr. Sohel for their amazing presentation. In the closing part of the session the guests and their entire team was presented with a hamper as token of appreciation and gratitude from the college end followed by and heartful thankfulness note by Shri Rajesh Agrawal, Chairman MAIC who made the students and the audience aware of the inspireing life and musical journey of our Guests. He also applauded student engagement and participation. This was followed by formal vote of thanks by Ms.Shobha Sahu The Incharge for the event was Ms. Ruchi Sachan and coordinators were Ms. Shobha Sahu and Ms. Snehal Rahatgaonkar.
