5 day FDP Program Inaugurated at MAIC

A five-day Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Advance pedagogical techniques and research skills is being organized at Maharaja Agrasen International College, Samta Colony, Raipur from 27/05/2024 to 31/05/2024. The flagship program is designed to promote the educational development of faculty members. This program aims to improve the teaching, research and administrative capabilities of teachers. To provide better education to the students and to be aware of the latest developments and techniques in the field of education. This five-day program was organized under the direction of the Chairman of the College, Shri. Rajesh Agrawal and the guidance of the Principal, Dr. M.S. Mishra and program co-ordinator Dr. Ila Dixit. The dignitaries who graced the occasion Dr. Monika Shethi Sharma Vice Chancellor (K.K. Modi University, Durg) and Dr. J.P. Patra, (Associate Professor at CSVTU, Bhilai). The keynote speaker of the first day, Dr. Monika Shethi Sharma told about the challenges of NEP 2020 in which of the major challenge is “Multiple Entry & Multiple Exit” and also the ways to overcome through experiential learning. Dr. J.P. Patra taught various use of ICT tools in the 21st century education with gamification and flipped classroom methods & also the use of software’s such as kahoot and socrative to make assessment interesting and easy. “Technology Integration in Education” aims to provide knowledge of modern technologies in the field of education among teachers and students. Teachers who attended the session showed active participation, hence making the session worthy.
