“Youth Empowerment Training at MAIC”

JCI Raipur MAIC United conducted “Youth Empowerment Training” session for their members on the topic career counseling on 10 th August at MAIC campus. Career Counseling is a process that helps individuals identify and explore career options, make informed decisions about their future, and develop strategies to achieve their goals. It can be helpful at any stage of life, but it is especially beneficial for young people who are just starting out in their careers. So, career counselling is very important for the students to understand their own strengths and weaknesses with regards to their present course or profession. The pilot faculty for this session was JCI sen Shekhar Jain, who is an international trainer, motivational speaker, NLP master, career counselor and an author. He told that communication skills, common sense and discipline are the most important pillars for a bright career. He also said that implementation is a very important thing, we must implement what we think. He listened to the doubts of students and also cleared their confusions. More than 50 students participated in this training. Program director for this training session were JC Abhinandan Sahu and JC Chandan Kumar. The training was organised under the guidance of our chairman Shri Rajesh Agrawal, principal Dr M.S Mishra, respected convener JCI Sen Jaya Arora and respected incharge JC Rishi Pandey and all the core members of JCI Raipur MAIC United.
