MAIC Students visited one of the top Ongoing Residential Projects Veda 42 and Ananta by Real Spaces
Nov 21, 2024 B. Voc Interior Design Department of Maharaja Agrasen International College, Raipur organized a Case study site visit forits 1st, 2nd and 3rd year students to make them understand the practical aspect of the course and execution line ups related to Interior Design. The students visited Veda 42 and Ananta by Real Spaces located at VIP Road, Raipur. The visit was successfully organized under the guidance of the Chairman of the college, Shri. Rajesh Agarwal, Principal Dr. M. S. Mishra and administrator Ms.Shivangi Mishra who also motivated the students on their successful and zealous participation for the visit. The main aim of the visit was to understand design aspects of various types of Spaces.
About 60 students were accompanied by HOD of Interior Design Department Ar. PreetiSahu along with the faculty members for the visit where the First year students visited Veda 42 and Second, third year students visited Ananta. The staff gave a supportive introduction to all the students making them aware of the entire working process. Proper Arrangements were made by Real Spaces for smooth conduction of the visit. Students were able to understand the planning of the villas as well as the thought process behind the project. They interacted with the various agencies involved in the project by meeting their representatives. They visited the various villas at different execution levels which included Villa with ongoing civil work, Villa with ongoing interior finishing work and the Model Villa showcasing the finished project. The students also visited Ananta where they were able to learn about landscaping spaces and the recreational spaces and service areas of Club houses and related structures.
Students enthusiastically participated in the closing session of Q&A and curiously learnt about spaces, various materials and approach to design and development in high end projects. The students were given in-depth knowledge about the project and were privileged to be guided by Shri Rajesh Agrawal from Real Group itself. Senior officials of Real Spaces cooperated with the students and faculties of MAIC for the successful conduct of this journey.
