Independence Day celebrated with great pomp in MAIC
Aug 16, 2024 The 78th Independence Day was celebrated with great pomp at MAIC. On this occasion, Mr. Arjun Lal Agarwal was present as the chief guest and Colonel Ravish Chhajed as the special guest, MAIC Chairman Shri Rajesh Agarwal and former Chairman Shri Ramesh Agarwal, Mr. Amitabh Dubey, members of Agrawal Samaj and other dignitaries were present.
The program started with flag hoisting in MAIC courtyard and Rover Ranger and JCI students saluted the tricolor flag while marching past. After that, melodious patriotic songs of MAIC Music were presented in which Rang De Bansati......, Teri Mitti Mein Mil Jaawan..., Dil Hai Hindustani were prominent. Also glimpses of revolutionaries were seen through patriotic dance.
Principal Dr. M.S. Mishra was welcomed and he congratulated everyone on the 78th Independence Day.
Chief guest Shri Arjun Lal Agarwal while addressing the students said that you all are the future of the country. With education and hard work, one can establish himself at a high position in the country and also ensure new dimensions of employment.
Special guest Mr. Colonel Ravish Chhajed said that every time I come to MAIC, I feel happy, it feels as if I am coming to my family's function. The children here are diligent, dedicated and hardworking. He said students to contribute in the development of the society along with your education, afterall that’s the best you can do for your nation as a student .
During the program on 15 August, All India Ex-Servicemen Service Council Chhattisgarh, Green Army, JCI and the children of Rover Ranger were all honored for their participation in Kargil Day.
Further, the students winners who took part in various competitions such as Face painting , Selfie frame ,Quiz, Rangoli and Reel making that were held between 12th to 14th august were given awards and prizes .
In-charge of the 15th August program was Architect Preeti Sahu and Coordinator Asst. Professors were Hasan Raza and Rashmi Yadav.College professors and students were present on this occasion.
