"TLM Exhibition and Competition Organized at MAIC"

Maharaja Agrasen International College, Raipur organized a Teaching Learning Material (TLM) Exhibition and Competition under the guidance of the college chairman, Shri. Rajesh Agrawal , Principal Dr.M.S. Mishra and Administrator Ms. Shivangi Mishra. The event commenced with the worship of Goddess Saraswati and the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the college principal. The primary objective of this event was to encourage innovation and creativity in making the teaching process more effective and engaging. Students from the Education Department (B.Ed. and D.El.Ed.) participated in the exhibition, showcasing their self-made teaching aids, which included charts, models, and working models. Among the models displayed were themes such as the factory industry, Earth's structure, windmill, heart dynamics, voting machine, soil stratification, pendulum, water conservation system, Chandrayaan, banking system, and judicial system. Each model was presented with detailed information on its features and applications in the teaching-learning process. The highlight of the exhibition was the vibrant charts and posters that effectively explained various topics. Working models on subjects like language, social science, science, and mathematics simplified complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. The exhibition also featured innovative and eco-friendly teaching materials. At the end of the competition, the judges selected winners based on presentation, utility, creativity, and practicality. The event proved to be highly educational and inspiring for all participants and attendees. Students showed keen interest in adopting new techniques to enhance the effectiveness of teaching. The program was successfully conducted under the guidance of Ms. Ruchi Sachan, Head of the Education Department, with the support of all faculty members. The event witnessed the presence of department heads, faculty members, and students from various departments.
