Environmental Model exhibition at MAIC

B.com 1st year students of Maharaja Agrasen International College (MAIC) Raipur participated in environmental exhibition and made different models representing various environmental issues which needs to be addressed in current scenario. The exhibition was conducted successfully under the guidance of Shri Rajesh Agrawal Ji , Chairman of MAIC college and Principal Dr. M.S Mishra. The exhibition began with the welcome of Principal Dr. M.S Mishra and judges Mrs. Ruchi Sachaan, HOD of Education Department and Ar. Preeti Sahu, HOD of Interior Design Department of MAIC . In the exhibition students were seen with different environmental models making the best usage of waste material. Through their models students also addressed various issues that are present in our surrounding and depicted solutions to the arising problems. Principal Dr M.S Mishra also highlighted the importance of self awareness among people for the careful use of the resources present around us by way of conserving electricity, water and understanding ourselves as the replica of nature. Best Models were selected by the judges and the first position was given to Solar water management, second position was given to Forest conservation and third position was given to Rain water harvesting. The exhibition was successfully under the guidance of Dr. Shweta Tiwari, HOD of Commerce Department and EVS incharge Mr. Gopiram Sonkar.
