Jun 10, 2022 Maharaja Agrasen International College Samta Colony had organized Personality
Development Program, “I am the Best” on 09/06/2022. The trainer for the session was
International Speaker Hon’ble Shri Rajesh Agrawal Ji (Chairman, MAIC).
The event was organized in MAIC Auditorium and trainer for the session conveyed
the Women should have a high motivation to achieve success. He emphasized that
women should come with up their capabilities and should perform with flying column.
Chairman Sir emphasized that 10 major points should be highlighted, which includes
management, humbler, pointers, keeping family first, goal setting, smart work, hard
work and practical approach. We should always have positive motivation, should have
simplicity, should be appreciative in nature and simple approach towards life. He
emphasized, “We belong to everyone and everyone belongs to us” approach. He
stressed that we should always keep goal setting in focus and should always give our
best in every shout. He emphasized we should be emphasized on capability building in
all 6 aspects of life- physical, mental, family, financial, social and religious aspects.
Their balance lead to success.
All solitaire participants activity participated in this. The event was conducted under
the supervision of Respected Dr Jyoti Janswamy (Principal, MAIC)
