Closing Ceremony of Second batch and Opening Ceremony of Third batch of MAIC Solitaire organized tod
Jun 09, 2023 Maharaja Agrasen International College, Samta Colony, Raipur is organizing MAIC Solitaire since April month and conducted closing ceremony of second batch and opening ceremony of third batch of MAIC Solitaire today on 9 June 2023. More than 400 women and girls have enrolled in the batches till now. There were various classes like Zumba, dance, yoga, Self defence, Hair Style, Zumba, Beauty Tips, Cyber Crime, Social Media, E-Card Making, Hair Style, Zumba, Beauty Tips, Cyber Crime, Social Media, E-Card Making,Art and craft, Skill Development Program, hairstyle, cooking, social media uses and many more by experts of the respective fields. They also learnt about personality development from experienced trainers. Various competitions for the same sessions were conducted whose prize distribution was also done today. The program of the closing ceremony began with floral welcome of the dignitaries followed by the beautiful traditional welcome dance honouring Lord Krishna. It was followed by two group dances on bollywood songs by the MAIC Solitaire students. Mrs. Meenal Shukla and Mrs Lalita Sahu shared their experiences and explained how MAIC Solitaire furnished their underlying talents and how they overcame all difficulties to continue the classes at MAIC Solitaire. They also thanked the trainers who helped them through different skills altogether. Dr. M.S. Mishra congratulated all the participants and winners of various competitions at MAIC Solitaire and shared views about how proper recognition is the ultimate key to women empowerment. He also elaborated that how the college is working effortlessly towards this social cause and will continue to do so. Dr. Shweta Tiwari, HOD Commerce department quoted how encouraging it is to witness all these participants of MAIC Solitaire and their enthusiasm to perform to best of their abilities. The winners of competitions who were awarded today were as follows- Sunita Jakhmola became the winner and Roshani Chhekar became the runner up of Hairstyle Competition. Rekha Sachdeva became the winner and Vijaylakshmi Sahu became the runner up of Cooking Competition. Damini Sonkar became the winner and Dimple Chhekar became the runner up of Art & Craft Competition. Ritika Agrawal became the winner and Neelima Shrivastava became the runner up of Solo Dance (Classical) Competition. Ritika Yadav became the winner and Arshiya became the runner up of Solo Dance (Western) Competition. Aysuhi and Muskan became the winner and Atrangi Group (Suman Ojha, Roshni Shrivastav, Sonal Mishra, Lalita Sahu, Nisha Shrivastav) became the runner up of Group Dance Competition. Mrs Hemlata Sharma were awarded Best Participation award in MAIC Solitaire Second Batch. The entire event was organised under the guidance of Chairman Mr. Rajesh Agrawal, Principal Dr. M.S. Mishra, incharge Ms. Anuradha Diwan, coordinator Ms. Shobha Sahu and administrator Mr. Siddharth Sabharwal.
