June batch of MAIC Solitaire commences at Maharaja Agrasen International College, Raipur

Maharaja Agrasen International College, organizes MAIC Solitaire every year for social upliftment and women empowerment, where the training in different disciplines is being imparted by well trained and reputed trainers of respective fields. The ever-increasing number of women and their trends every year is a testimony to the fact that an activity like Mac Solitaire has now become a household name among the women of the city. In which women, being well versed in different disciplines, and are able to contribute significantly in the upliftment of not only their own family but also the society. Likewise this year also MAIC Solitaire is functional since April month and presently the 3rd batch is in progress. More than 400 women and girls have enrolled in the batches till now. There are various classes like Zumba, dance, yoga, Self defence, Hair Style, Zumba, Beauty Tips, Cyber Crime, Social Media, E-Card Making, Hair Style, Zumba, Beauty Tips, Cyber Crime ,Art and craft, Skill Development Program, hairstyle, cooking, social media uses and many more by experts of the respective fields. Last week, the participants received training in various genres, out of which Zumba dance, make- up, art and craft and cyber crime awareness were prominent. In recent times, cyber crime has emerged as a big challenge in a society, about this, how to protect yourself from hacking, phishing scams, mobile fraud and other crimes through mobile and mobile internet, Additional S.P. Kavi Gupta gave a thorough session to our participants regarding all these aspects. In the special session of make- up training, make- up artist Sonilika gave small tips related to how to do make up in summers, benefits of home remedies for face and make- up to all participatory women and girls. Art transforms our thoughts from abstract to execution. Craft instructor Ms Nivedita Panda introduced new artistic forms to the participants and low cost beautiful decorative pieces for decorating the home using props, paintings, clay art. Various competitions will be organized in the college in this June month session of MAIC Solitaire. The entire event was organized under the guidance of Chairman Mr. Rajesh Agrawal, Principal Dr. M.S. Mishra, incharge Ms. Anuradha Diwan and administrator Mr. Siddharth Sabharwal.
