Women are learning Self-defense Skills in MAIC Solitaire

Maharaja Agrasen International College Raipur has been organizing MAIC Solitaire for many years. In this program special training classes are arranged for women and college girls. These classes are handled by experts and highly trained mentors. For the development of society, women empowerment is significant. And for this purpose, MAIC Solitaire has become a household name in the society. By learning various skills like Self-defense, cooking, art and craft, grooming females can become financially independent. Through MAIC Solitaire women can learn all the basic skills required to make a better living and push themselves upwards in the society by making that unique identity with enhancing their skills. MAIC Solitaire classes has started from 1st April, various classes like Zumba, Dance and Yoga take place every day. All the participants give their presence and enjoy the classes to their fullest. Apart from this, uses of social media and skill development class has already been organized. In this sequence, the participants enjoyed and learnt different techniques of self-defense by expert trainer Mr. Rupendra Sinha which are beneficial to women safety in any hazardous situation. It was followed by a technical session on E-card making by expert Mr. Amol Dewangan. In this session the participants learnt about E-card making like anniversary card, birthday card, poster making and etc. with the help of a software which can be operated by mobile phone and computer. All the home makers have the skills of cooking and baking, to enhance those basic skills, a cooking session was organized by mentor and Baker Ms. Sakshi Ganodwale. All the participants will be provided certificate and the best performances will be honored with exciting prizes. The registration has been started. The entire event is being organized under the guidance of Chairman Mr. Rajesh Agrawal, Principal Dr. M. S. Mishra and Administrator Mr. Siddharth Sabharwal.
